What We Will Delete

Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete:

• Authorization tokens issued by advertising platforms
• Account identifiers and mapping records stored in our internal systems
• Synced advertising reporting data associated with your accounts
• Contact information submitted through our website

Some data may be retained if required by applicable law or for legitimate record-keeping purposes.

How to Submit a Request

Send an email to privacy@modernlabs.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your business name
• The advertising platform(s) and account(s) you wish to have removed

We will process your request and confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.

Revoking Platform Access Directly

You can also revoke ModernLabs' access at any time directly through your platform's business settings:

Revoking access prevents any further data sync. To remove previously stored data, also submit the email request above.
